Real Estate Photo, Video & Aerial Pricing
Premium Real Estate listing - $495
Up to 4 hours worth of photography/video with included editing
Aerial images of the exterior of the home & attached land
Video walk-through of the home
A la carte pricing
Pricing includes travel up to 25 miles (round trip) from the studio location; each additional mile is charged at $2.50 per mile.
Listing Photos - Still images of all rooms and exterior of home - $95 base fee + sq footage add-on
up to 2,000 sq ft = $175
up to 3,000 sq ft = $275
3,000 sq ft and larger = $375
Aerial - added onto a photoshoot - $95
Aerial photography when added to a photoshoot - $75
$225 if an individual project (up to 45 min flight time / each additional 15min = $50)
Raw land will be charged at $125 for up to 5 acres
5-10 acres plus $10 per acre
10 acres plus $2.50 per acre
Video walk-through of home - edited into one continuous video
up to 2000 sq ft = $175
up to 3000 sq ft = $275
3000 sq ft and larger = $375
Larger commercial spaces - charged at $150 per hour, 1.5 hours minimum.
Construction / Remodeling - custom pricing based on project needs, individually quoted
All images include an unlimited license.
Images will be delivered within 72 hrs after the shoot date (additional rush charges if needed sooner).
